While LWB supports responsible free speech, on this site it is tempored with responsible censorship. LWB may censor any content posted by any user, either by removal or editing, according to LWB's sole discretion. The sole purpose of any censorship imposed on this site will be to promote and strengthen the supportive nature of Sparkle Social. All censorship will be clearly identified as such.

Replies to comments should always aim for one or more of the following purposes:
Validate or affirm a person's worth
Provide practical, useful information relevant to the situation

Sparkle Social is an experimental social media platform operated by LWB to foster positive human connection among the residents of Tooele County, Utah.

All activity on this site is intended to build a supportive community.

LWB is a not-for-profit business entity registered by Emil Therianos as a Utah sole proprietorship.

These terms of service govern your use of and LWB's responsibilities for this service.

Sparkle Social is under development; it is not a final product. This means that you may encounter new or altered functionality at any time while using the service. It may be significantly different from what you have become accustomed to and may happen frequently. Please bear with us as the vision takes shape.

Every member of Sparkle Social is required to attend an in-person meet-up at least once a year. These meet-ups will take place several times throughout the year at various locations within the County. Membership will be cancelled after a period of one year and three months of non-attendance at a meet-up.

Philosophy
People need people. Positive connections with other people is a strong human need that is essential to maintain our best physical and emotional well-being.

Sparkle Social exists to provide a way to create such connections.
